North Studio is a boutique wellness space founded by Rachel Woolford, the 2024 winner of BBC’s The Apprentice. If you head down to North Studio, you can get yourself stuck into high energy HIIT classes or soothing yoga and pilates sessions. You’ll even find an in-house juice and smoothie kitchen, perfect for refuelling after a workout.
North Studio was facing an issue however. Their website wasn’t quite up to scratch and it wasn’t performing as they needed it to. They wanted to provide an easy and seamless booking system for customers to sign up to classes, but their existing system didn’t integrate well with their current platform.
Our development team jumped right into the problem and set out to replatform North Studio’s existing Wix website. We found an adaptive WordPress theme that better suited and reflected their brand identity. So we adapted the layout to attractively display content and photography, adding relevant and dynamic elements where necessary.
Working alongside the client, we brought in our SEO expertise and produced additional copy that we felt was missing from the website, as well as expanded on existing content. The final step of the project involved adding an integration with the Mindbody software to make booking and managing gym classes a breeze for users.
We’ve loved watching North Studio go from strength to strength, including opening a second wellness space in Harrogate. We’re so happy to be a part of North Studio’s journey and continue to support them with their development needs.
