The Problem
Two websites, one brand. Phoenox Textiles were operating with both a WordPress website and a B2B trade portal that were separate to each other, providing a disjointed customer experience.
The challenge was to find a B2B ecommerce platform that would allow Phoenox to better serve their customers, deliver a personalised shopping and sales experiences and unify their online presence.
The Solution
Shopify Plus for B2B. A unified online experience was developed, bringing the brand story, product listings and checkout to one Shopify Plus store. Utilising the extensive B2B functionality offered by Shopify Plus, we developed functionality to create custom catalogues, pricing and content to personalise shopping experiences for each customer.
The Result
A flexible solution that allows Phoenox to scale the website as required, seamlessly upload content and make customisations to product catalogues and promotions, tailoring them to each customer.
Increased functionality has allowed Phoenox to improve their sales experience for existing customers, better target new customers and enhance their internal processes.
