Paid Media Executive

Salary: £18K - £25K (based on experience)

A bit about the role

We’re on the lookout for a Paid Media Executive to join our wonderful team. Here at
Wonder we’re a passionate bunch, whether it’s data analytics, digital marketing or beer -
we’d like to find someone who shares this same attitude.

We’d love to hear from you if you’re keen to develop your abilities, progress quickly and
learn new skills. No industry experience required, although it would definitely be a bonus if
you’re currently in a similar role. Alternatively, if you’re looking to shake things up with a
career change or you're looking to get into digital marketing, this may very well be right up
your street. As we are a growing agency we’re looking for someone who has good initiative
and is able to adapt.

On a daily basis you will be working towards developing marketing campaigns for our
clients. Whether it be search, affiliates or social media; you’ll be implementing campaigns,
learning the tech and picking up new skills along the way.

It’s fast-paced and challenging but there are so many opportunities for you to grow along

What you’ll get up to

  • Daily optimisation and management of paid search and social media accounts
  • Implementing and auditing paid media campaigns
  • Spotting opportunities to develop and grow our clients accounts
  • Working with the team to deliver integrated marketing solution for our clients
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry news and updates
  • Monitoring the performance of campaigns and producing reports to deliver to clients
  • Carrying out competitor research and analysis
  • Managing and maintaining data feeds for effective performance management
  • Working with our team to come up with creative ideas for campaigns across platforms
  • Analyse and segment customer and product data

Who were looking for

  • Have good knowledge of marketing or respective degree
  • Comfortable with numbers - GCSE grade C / 4 or higher
  • Confident in content writing
  • Understanding of current online marketing concepts and best practice
  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Able to coordinate and prioritise work
  • Ability to manage projects and people
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Work quickly, efficiently and methodically
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Good at communicating technical information
  • Passionate and proactive
  • Team player with a dynamic, ambitious drive and positive attitude
